Our right to vote is sacred. Fought for during Reconstruction and Jim Crowe, the price for this cornerstone of our citizenship has been paid for many times over. Any efforts to restrict access to the ballot box or diminish equal representation for Black Americans, or any Americans, should be strenuously resisted and rejected by our elected leaders.
