Even though Black people represent only 13% of the U.S. population, we disproportionately represent COVID-19 cases and deaths. And the unemployment hardship is staggering.

Unfortunately for our community, the White House has been acting as if it’s not their problem to fix. Calling the virus a “hoax” and boasting that it would “miraculously” disappear.
